So I want to put an appointment in my calendar. And repeat the same
appointment again and again - but at different times and on different days. But at the moment I can only repeat this appointment if it recurs at a regular time - daily, weekly, monthly, etc. There should be a a way for me to repeat it at irregular times and dates without having to type every thing up again and again. Even copy-and-pasting isn't simple. I understand there are third party tools that can be purchased in order to do this, but I really think that for ease of use it should be part of Calendar in the first place. ![]() If it's a meeting that you are NOT inviting others to, you can do this: Make the appoinment for it's first instance, then RIGHT mouse drag it to each day you want to schedule it (do this on the Date Navigator or in the 31 month view). Release, COPY and then adjust it the the right time of day. You can do a whole lot at once.
