Default Specific Date(s) Reminders

I create zero-minute appointments on some days to get day reminders.

I am trying to create Calendar reminders for specific days of the month,
such
as Jan 25, Jan 30, Feb 1, etc.

The Outlook reoccurance tool seem to only allows day (mon, tues, etc.)
reminders, and not specific date reminders.

Does anyone know if this can be done in Outlook, and if so, how its done?
