Still, this is an Outlook bug that should be trivial to fix.
Reprinting the current month at the top is pretty useless; it was obviously meant to be the prior month. I've tried the Word templates and wasn't satisfied with them. The built in monthly print format is just right for punching and inserting into a daytimer.
