Default Accept an Invitation after Declining it

Is it possible to accept an invitation to a meeting after declining it?
Where would it be? Not in deleted items folder, right?

No, AFAIK, you can not accept a request once you declined it.

Have you turned off "Delete meeting request from Inbox when responding?
that does it.
