Default Update with/without attachment

Hi,

Someone sent an email with an attachment that was not supposed to be for
anybody but the attendees to see. As the attenddes all have open calendars an
update without the attachemnt was sent - but after accepting the updates the
attachment still is in everybodys calendar?
