Default Free/Busy information gone for certain Conference Rooms

We've set up Automatic Resource Booking with our Exchange 2003 SP2
environment. I've set up the Conference Rooms as their own mailboxes, set
Default permissions to the Calendar to be Author, allowed for automatic
replies.

One of our Meeting Rooms (main conference) is working fine. We can see its
Free/Busy information fine. The others (small conference, dev meeting), we're
now unable to view the free/busy information. I've even gone as far as
logging in as that user and enabling Anonymous and Default Permissions to be
Owner. Still no dice.

I've set up these meeting rooms exactly the same.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Eric

You may want to try the following at the client level.Try opening
Outlook using a switch:

The command line looks like:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Outlook.exe " /CleanReminders

Note: Paths that include spaces between words must be enclosed in quotation
marks (") and are case sensitive.

OL2003: Command-Line Switches by Microsoft Office Assistance:

Below are the switches that I suggest you try:

a.. /CleanReminders - Cleans and regenerates reminders.
b. /CleanFreeBusy - Cleans and regenerates free/busy information.

I would also fix the permissions. I cannot stress how important it is that
you retain control of the resource by not giving the clients more
permissions than they need. In the case of a resource, I NEVER give
the client any more than REVIEWER permissions. This allows them to
look at the calendar, but they cannot write directly on it. They must
send a MEETING REQUEST to book the resource.

Please write back and let me know if this helped you.
