I'm using Outlook 2003.
I have a client that uses recurring appointments to do field work. The appointment is set up without an end date, and details are filled into each appointment as the appointment takes place. However, when a string of appointments ends and an end date is set, all the details are lost. The individual appointment entries revert to the data in the very first "original" appointment across the board. Is there a way of changing end date or recurrence information without losing any modifications already made? |
