I would like to know how to producr an appointment template that, when
clicked, will go into the correct calendar (reception staff use multiple calendars) rather than the users default calendar? also can this template be available in outlook in a folder or something? thanks for your help! - George, London |

Just have the people open the correct calendar first. An appointment will go first in a currently open calendar or, if none is open, the default calendar. -- Brian Tillman |

Because I am trying to produce a template appointment layout which can be
saved ready to use on the desktop or perhaps an outlook folder over and over. If i create a new appointment and hit save and close then one instance of that appointment is saved in the calendar. Once the template is prepared then save and close would be fine. by selecting file save as i am given the three choices of file format stated in my last post. I accept that this may not be the appropriate method but it would be simpler if the correct one was told to me from start to finish as my inexperience with outlook is pretty obvious to be fair ![]() "Brian Tillman" wrote: George Bishop George wrote: This is my method. What you need is to design a specific calendar form using the
Tools-Forms-Design a Form. Select Appoinment form to customize. See http://www.outlookcode.com for assistance with the specific design and how to install this as your default form for new appointments. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
