i keep getting a message `the folder is full' in outlook
I keep getting this message when trying to input a new appointment but my
folder does not exceed 2gb. I've tried repair/archive/compacting but it still happens

How many items are in your Calendar folder? Just curious if it's over 16,384

As Vince stated, there are certain maximums in computer programming, and you have probably exceeded one of them.
