It seems that any user can access any other user's Outlook Calendar by
simply putting that user's email name in the "Open Other User's Folder" dialogue box. How can I stop this from happening? Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated. Thank you. Al Yaboni |

![]() Check the permissions on each user's Calendar. Only people who have been given permission to open another user's Calendar can do so.
