I'd like to know how to get rid of old items from calendar completely, as
opposed to archiving. I sync with my PDA and my old items are clogging up the memory. |

What is wrong with archiving? It keeps a copy of your old items that you can refer to when needed. Just ensure you have your archive settings set to delete from folder once archived.

One way of for you to tell the sync software to sync only current and future events. For example, I use ActiveSYnc and I synchronize only the last week of old events and all future events. Another way is to use autoarchive (although I know you said you didn't want to use that) and have it delete old events as opposed to saving them to an archive PST. -- Brian Tillman |
