Default Unable to send an update on cancellation of meeting request

I am unable to send an update of the cancellation of a meeting request.
when I try and send the update on the meeting cancellation I get an error
message saying that "Number of receipents has exceeded the limit". But I
could send the request to all the receipents before and now I am not able to
send the cancellation update.
