When enabling the automatic accept meetings requests, and not enabling the
auto decline of conflicting and recurring appointments, will conflicting/recurring appointments remain unprocesses allowing me to make those choices manually? |

No - auto-accept overrides any possibility for choosing another option for

Is there a way to get our "meeting rooms" to auto accept non-conflicting
invites, but leave the conflicting invites to be manually handles by the meeting rooms coordinator? Brett
Check out the following product: http://www.swinc.com/products/ERM/ Not sure if you are using Exchange but we are using this at my company to manage rooms, LCDs, shared laptops, etc. for 5 locations. And it's pretty inexpensive - which is always important. -- -ridawg "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: No, it is all or none. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Hello Brett I am sure you have discovered a solution to your problem but I
have just joined and was looking for an answer to my problem and discovered this question that matches a requirement that we had a little while ago. We solved it with a prodcut called WS:Auto Accept. This allows you to define rules to accept, reject or leave invites received based upon existing conflicts. Hope it helps "Brett B" wrote: Is there a way to get our "meeting rooms" to auto accept non-conflicting invites, but leave the conflicting invites to be manually handles by the meeting rooms coordinator? I have a similar problem. I want the appointments to be automatically
processed. I have checked this box in calendar options but it still does not work. Meeting invites are put as tentative on the calendar but will not process to be accepted, even after waiting a bit. There are no rules conflicting. Why isn't this working and how can I correct it. Of course it has to be the Exec Dir who want it.
