That's really the fix you need. Have the Access DB use a Boolean reminder
field (plus the needed date fields for when the reminder should fire). -- Ken Slovak [MVP - Outlook] http://www.slovaktech.com Author: Absolute Beginner's Guide to Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Reminder Manager, Extended Reminders, Attachment Options http://www.slovaktech.com/products.htm "Thomas Dawe" wrote in message ... We just changed our procedure recently which had us taking the Access database, importing it to Excel, running a script, and then importing to Outlook. Now we import directly from Access to Outlook. Seems like that answer is a step in the direction we are trying to get away from. I would rather beg the Access database owner for approval to add a Reminder on/off column to the Access tables than have to add two additional steps to our procedure. Thanks for the response at any rate. Thomas |
