I would suggest that you try:
"My Outlook Calendar". You can download this from the SlipStick.com site, http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print Customizable Word template for generating Outlook weekly and monthly calendars. This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template that when opened will read your calendar and build you a completely editable calendar with all the details included. You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook and MS Word. Nikki Peterson "Everanda" wrote in message ... when printing a calendar i don't want all of the appointments to print, but i do want some of them to print on the calendar. |
