Hi,

I am trying to implement a solution that needs Sharepoint 2007 Calendars to
syncronise to personal exchange calendars. It goes to the Sharepoint folder,
but this is point less when you are trying to use one calendar(people only
have 1 day and should only use one calendar). The reason also we have chosen
outlook/exhange cal as other applications use it and also Smartphones sync
with it. Plus when people are scheduling an appointment in outlook they use
this, where the Sharepoint appointment will not come up.

So how do I sync many sharepoint calendars to one personal outlook calendar
in Exchange 2003 using Outlook 2007.

Something I would have thought very basic.

if you want to sync them with the user's personal calendar, you'll need to
use a 3rd party tool or script - outlook doesn't offer that capability. With
outlook 2003, they can overlay all of the sps calendars on their own to see
the schedules and it keeps their calendar from getting cluttered.

Disappointing that outlook cannot do this. The issue with the overlapping is
that still people that are booking a meeting with a person will not see all
the calendar events as the over lapping does not work in Exchange when
looking at resources.

So this makes it very hard to schedule.

Even the copy to my calendar does not link back to the original appointment
and therefore loses the 2 way function.

Any ideas on tools or otherways to do this.
