Default None of 2006s holidays appear in my Outlook calendar, whats up?

Up until the end of 2005 all of my Canadian and US holidays showed in my
calendar but starting January 1, 2006 there are no holidays at all showing,
I have tryed re-adding the holidays but all that is doing is doubling up my
previous years holidays. Outlook 2002.
