Delete / archive old entries in shared calendar in public folder

Please, how do I delete entries before a particular date in a calendar set in
a public folder? I have admin. priveleges and can delete individual entries
but would like to delete all before a certain date.

Try switching to a table view (such as By Category) and sorting on the Start date.
