We just changed over to Microsoft Exchange so that we could use Outlook
Calendars. Previously, we were using OnTime and we all could see and make appointments on each other's calendar. Now, it appears that we are dealing with two calendars, a "private" calendar, and a shared calendar. When I invite someone to a meeting, it goes to the "private" calendar. We want everything to go to the shared calendar. I can't manage my bosses calendar when everything I send is going to a private calendar that I can't see. How do we default invites to go to the shared calendar as opposed to the private calendar? Thanks. |
