Default On behalf of using a POP3 acct.

If I have my primary email address using a POP3 acct. and and exchange server
acting as my host for Calendaring, how can I get rid of the "on behalf of
]" in the "from" field when the user sends a meeting
request? The end user sees ] on behalf of [same
]. Anyone have any thoughts on how to
remove the on behalf of in the from line?
