This just seems be a nightmare waiting to happen!!!
In our process of the testing our plan to resolve this DST issue we have run into an issue with TZMOVE.EXE messing up some calendars. In our test we pushed out the Outlook Update Tool (TZMOVE.EXE) to about 8 people. On 2 of the test subjects calendars they are seeing appointments not related to them and also an appointment created by our division director where they were on the attendee list they have now been changed to the organizer of that apppointmnet and a update is being sent out to the other attendees regarding the update and organizer change. Has anyone else run any test and experienced similiar issues. We have run the tzmove on other machines/users and there were no problems. If we push this out to our user community 400+ and we start having these quirky calendar problems this is just going to be a nightmare. |
