Default outlook looses one hour during blackberry synchronization

I've encountered a problem with appointments set up in Outlook. Outlook
seems to be revising the start time of my appointments by +1 hour. This a
new problem that has started possibly since I started synchronizing with my
Blackberry telephone. Time settings on both the computer and telephone are
the same.
Has anyone encountered this problem.
Thanks
MK

Double check the Time Zone on your Blackberry. There are several options for
each GMT zone, make sure you select the correct one for you. For example
there are 4 options for GMT -6 and I had Central America instead of Central
Time. Also check the Date/Time Source for your Blackberry and make sure it
is set for Network.
