Hi,
I manage around 10+ calendars within my outlook. These Calendars are a part of an additional mailbox(say, "Redmond Reception") and they have their individual names assigned to it. (Ex: Room301, Room 513, etc). All these days whenever i open my calendar by ticking all the 10 calendars to show up, it used to line up side by side with the names of the calendar. However, from the last 2 days it now displays the calendars as: Room 301 in - Mailbox Redmond Reception, Room 513 in - Mailbox Redmond Reception, and so on; which has become a tough act for me to take note of the existing meeting requests in all these calendar at once. I have on my machine: Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8182) SP2. However, this issue is not to be seen on 3 of my colleagues machines.. I can provide a screenshot of this issue for a better understanding. Any help on this is truly appreciated. Thanx in advance.. |
