Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to reset my Outlook 2002 back to it's original settings please? IE everything out of my calendar and my contacts so I can re-enter them again. I have an issue which makes my Outlook error on opening then load into Safe Mode every time. I've tried to delete it from my PC and re-install it but it still errors upon re-install and I've run out of ideas to try. Any response would be most appreciated. Regards, John |

Make sure Outlook is completely closed, then rename the .pst file to ..pstold. Go to Control Panel-Mail Icon-Profiles and set up a brand new profile (you may want to delete the old one first).

![]() Thanks Milly. I'll give that a go, although I'm not sure if it will definitely sort my problem out, it's something I thought may be good to try though. I'd be grateful if you could have a look at my question (also posted under name "banksman") entitled ""MS Outlook has Encountered a Problem" when I try to load ". It fully explains the problem I've got. If you recognise it I'd be grateful of any suggestions.
