Default how to set-up training rooms & meetings

Hello, I'm a training coordinator and I schedule meetings for 6 properties.
We have training rooms at each property. How do I set-up multiple training
rooms on Outlook and, also allow other employees to view the calendar for
available dates to book training rooms, but I would be the only one to
confirm the training room.

Thank you.
