Default DST Calendar Woes

of, I've been working at getting this taken care of, but tzmove never finds
any appointments.

I have appointments that fall within the DST days. I ran the tzedit tool for
W2k, and it worked. But now my appointments appear 1 hour later than they
were scheduled for. ex. an 8 am meeting now happens at 9am.

I attempted to run tzmove, to move those appointments to where they should
be, but it never finds any.

Can anyone advise me what I may be doing wrong.
