Default Calendar Sharing

We have an Exchange Server 2007 with public folders.
I am trying to share my calendar with other users on my outlook 2007.
It creates an e-mail for the sharing and I get the following mesage:

"Calendar sharing is not available with the folowing entries because of
permission settings on your network."

How can this be fixed?
