When I'm in a meeting, it would be nice with a waring buzz to the end at a
meeting. Like the warning before a meeting, it would be nice with a warning for eksampel 10 minuts before the end. So I have time to wrap it up. Also a automatic blocking of time (for eksampel ½ an houre) after a meeting, would be nice. So I would have time to get from one meeting to another and securing time to organice notes after a meeting. This will also make sure that no one else i my company will book this post-meeting-time. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. I might also suggest that if he were to set up different 'travel appointments'
for various travel times required all he has to do is copy and past those appointments to the end of each meeting. Each 'travel appointment' could be labelled with the corresponding 'travel' time for visual ease. -- Roy rem NADA to reply "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... | add an 'appointment' for travel / prep time to block it off.
