Our CIO does not want anyone to invite him to a meeting except for his
secretary. He want all other users to be blocked from inviting him. Is this even possible to do? We are using Outlook 2003 SP2, and Exchange 2003. Thanks. |

Have all meeting invites sent to his delegate who will accept/decline on his behalf. You can set this up on the CIO's Outlook calendar permissions and delegate options.
