Default How do I tell Outlook to save ALL calendar entries indefinitely?

I use my Outlook calendar for everything. Sometimes I need to refer back to
a completed task as far as 2 years in the past. Does Outlook allow for this?
My archived folders don't seem to store this information either.

By default Outlook does store all calendar data indefinitely. What makes
you think it's not there? Have you used a table view to check for the older
events?

I think meetings, events and MILEAGE RECORDS are not there because it is no
longer visible in older calendar months.

I have not used table view and do not see it in the View Type, Arrange By
menu tree.

Active Appointments, Events, Annual Events, Recurring Appointments, and By
Category are all table views.
