Default Delegate access in outlook

We are running Exchange2k with outlook 2k.

We have several user's that have developed an issue with their delegates
that they give permissons to.

We can add these permissions one day and then overnight those permissions
dissapear.

All of the user's to have access are still listed but when you view their
securities you'll find that there are no permissions.

Also We find that the default user account has been somehow removed from the
computer.
