Here’s my problem: I cannot view any other co-worker’s busy / free time
availability. Their status bar shows diagonal stripes and says “No Information”. I’m running Outlook 2007 connecting to Exchange Server 2007 (I thought this would have the best compatibility). Everyone in my office has set their permissions to read busy/free. Everyone else in the office (about 20 people) is running Outlook 2003 and they can see everyone else’s busy/free status. I’m the only person using Outlook 2007 and I’m the only person who has this problem. If I use a different machine and log into Outlook 2003, then I can see everyone’s free/busy availability. What is happening with here? Is there a known problem with Outlook 2007 and Exchange 2007? |

Sounds like the Exchange server is having an issue integrating the Availability Service and the Free/Busy Service (which might better be handled on the Exchange newsgroups).
