Default Time Zones

I'm running a windows 2k machine, with Office 2000.

In the calendar options of my outlook, I'm only receiving the option
for 8 time zones.
Namely: Alaska, Atlantic, Baghdad, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Kabul, Darwin,
and Canberra.

The time zones for the windows clock are all available and work
correctly.

If someone could help, I'd appreciate it.
