share a calendar

Hi, I use Outlook to manage mail in our small company, and I am trying to
create a sort of news board where users could stick there small messages and
some information of common use.
Is there in MS Outlook a feature that aloud me to share a calendar with
other users in the network?
I appreciate any hint you can give on this matter.
