Default Publish Free/Busy time using Group Policy

I have found how to publish the free/busy time using group policy, but when
you set the file location I tried to use the "%username%" and instead of
inserting the user's name it just used the %username%.vfd as the file name.

How do I set Group policy to use the users name to publish their free/busy
time with a unique file name for each user?
