Default Self-Register for a 'meeting'

I've got my training schedule all set and ready to advertise to my company.
I'm looking for a way to let attendees self-register. Does anyone have any
idea how I might accomplish this with Outlook?

I'm looking into the vCal file format and it answers some of my needs, but
it doesn't allow me to capture who has signed up. It would also be nice
(but not absolutely mandatory) if I had a way to limit sessions to only 12
persons per session.

Any thoughts/ideas???
