Default make all meeting appointments private default

How do I mark all new appointments private by default in Outlook 2007? Was
easy in 2003 using a designed form, but cannot seem to do it in 2007.

Same method - use a designed form.

After furious head scratching, dan asked:

But there is no private button that I can see in order to set all to private?
