Default appointments spanning 12am

Is there a way to set the Calender so that Appointments and events that start
late one day and extend past Midnight to only show on the day it started. My
PDA calender has this "personal time" option so that you can set so that
anything starting on one day and ending before a specified time the next
day(i.e. 2am) will only show on the day it started. Does Outlook 2003 have
anything like that?
