Default What causes Unable to Save Free/Busy Information in Calendar

When I add a calendar item, the following message appears:
Microsoft Office Outlook
Unable to save free/busy information. Unable to open the free/busy
information.

I use Outlook 2003 with Windows XP SP2 and all updates.

What causes this message?

I've been having this problem too. Have you found a fix for this yet?

No, I haven't, except I have discovered that if I restart the system, the
problem goes away for a while. I suspect some links aren't getting cleaned
up or something like that.

Unfortunately, restarting the system doesn't work for me. This is so
frustrating.
