I have one user, running Outlook 2003 (Exchange 2003 back end). He is not
using cached mode. He has been accessing a number of calendars for some time (both other users and public folder based calendars). Suddenly this week this has stopped working for the other users mailboxes (public folders are fine) - error message is "Calendar folder cannot be found". If he logs on to a different machine running Outlook XP then he can open the calendars without a problem. Recreating the Outlook profile has had no effect, not has clearing out the history of opened folders. Google search reveals plenty of others suffering similar problems, but none of the solutions suggested have worked. Anyone have any ideas, before I re-install Office! |
