One of our end-users has been having an issue with his outlook for months.
He is unable to edit/create any new calendar items for his mailbox. I believe that there is a process that is accessing Outlook that is preventing it from running properly because when he closes Outlook, it remains running in the background. I suspected that it might be Windows Messenger and updated it to version 5.1 but that has not resolved the issue. I've recreated his profile and also re-imaged his system but this still has not solved the problem. I'm stumped as to what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
