Sadly I've tried that, since posting. It works on my PC but not on the PC I'm
trying to fix. I should have posted: How do you not display the details when turning off auto preview doesn't work? How did you turn it off -- did you just click the button on the Advanced
toolbar or did you switch to a folder view that doesn't have AP turned on by default? Try creating a new view from scratch, without AP turned on, and see if that works. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Matt" wrote: Sadly I've tried that, since posting. Thanks, Matt "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: How did you turn it off -- did you just click the button on the Advanced toolbar or did you switch to a folder view that doesn't have AP turned on by default?
