I have just installed Outlook 2003 on the other computers in the office. All
of them seem to be working ok except two. When we invite them to meetings, and they accept, it is automatically changing the time of the meeting to exactly one hour before the meeting is supposed to take place. ie. meeting is at 10:00 am meeting is sent as 10:00 am when appointment is read the email it says the meeting is at 9:00 am. when appointment is accepted, it adds to the calendar at 9:00 am. I have checked the system settings and the time and region are set correctly (Pacific time US & Canada - we live in BC), and the daylight savings time check box is marked. As a temporary corretion of the situation, I have set their time zone to Arizona, and reset their computer clock to the correct time. This seems to have (at least temporarily) corrected the situation. Any ideas how to permenently correct this so I don't have to try to remember to muddle with their clocks in autumn? Thanks, Jen |
