Default Resource Scheduling Question?

I use Resource Scheduling for about 7 conference rooms in my office. One
day, a tech was trying to repair a permissions issue on my machine with
Resource Scheduling and turned off the pop up message stating the resource
has been successfully booked. I believe there is a check box that he set to
turn this off. I need that pop up message back. Is there a way to turn that
back on? I am using Outlook 2002.
