I have a user who is sending out a meeting to several other users to reply
to. When they reply all of the orginal users delegates get the replies as well. I had her check her options and the box for "send meeting requests only to my delegates and not me" is unchecked. I am not sure what else to have her try, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Liela |

That sounds normal. If User A, the user creating the appointment has delegates, then those delegates will receive any meeting requests and responses sent to User A.
Is there a reason that User A needs multiple delegates? -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Liela" wrote in message ... She would like to keep them as delegates but has opted to remove them for now.
