Default People with meetings that have different hour

Hi all
I have 100 exchange users that have outlook to view mails, but three of them
have problems with the meeting.

When one user planning a meeting with outlook, the meeting appear with one
hour of different to the three users. Appear with less one hour.

The regional settings are correct, but i don't know how i can repaer this
cuestion.

Ensure both the system time and daylight savings time match on all machines under both Windows and Outlook.
