Default category filtering

I have assigned categories to some of my calendar entries and would like to
know if it is possible to apply some type of filter to only show entries
assigned a particular category.

Thank you.

Yes - you can Define a View that is filtered. Turn on the Advanced Toolbar
and while in the Calendar, use the Current View Window to select Define View
(this depends a bit on your version which you forgot to mention).

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to print a specific category, while
still in a calendar layout? When I select Define View, it show the category
in a list form. Thanks!

Customize a Day/Week/Month view to add a filter to it.
