Holas...I work IT for a school dist in CA. We are running Exchange
Server 2003, and this particular user is running Outlook 2003. This user is managing approximtely 10 calendars from other users, all of which is taking place on our exchange server. On the outlook 2003 client, some calendars are listed under 'My Calendars' and some calendars are listed under 'Other Calendars' what is the determining factor to 'flag' a calendar to be viewed under 'My Calendars' or 'Other Calendars' ? Configuring individual roles for users as 'Publishing Author', 'Publishing Editor', 'Editor' or by not defining a role at all and just configuring options(folder visible, make items, delete items, etc) doesnt seem to make a difference in how these calendars are being displayed on the client(outlook2003) Please show me the error of my ways. Thank you in advance Robert |
