I'm new to my company and am trying to sort out a ton of problems. The one I
am trying now is, a delegate for the VP and Pres calendars, is claiming suddenly when she deletes notifications from her mailbox, the meeting is removed from the calendar she is managing. At first we thought it was because the meeting was still tentative on the managed calendar, but now she's saying its only on meetings she actually created... As i havent had time to fully diagnose this problem i am hoping theres a simple solution ?? Especially as nothing has changed, and she claims this didnt happen in the past........ nopcl |

Check Help | About Microsoft Outlook and tell us the Outlook build number for all the users involved. Is she referring to meeting acceptance notifications?

i know i still havent gotten all the information. But her claim is when she
deletes the meeting notification, i did check to see if she was deleting the notice before the actuall user had accepted. But in the most recent occurance she claims, the actuall recipient had already accepted the meeting, and when she deleted the notice sent to her box of the meeting, it deleted the meeting from his calendar...... yeah on follow up these are actual meeting requests that she gets, as she has
that permission. The builds do seem to be different as well. outlook 03 11.5608.5606 for the delegate. outlook 03 11.6359.6360 sp 1 for one of the users. when given comparable permissions to my calendar (we are on same build) the issues doesnt happen.
