Default Calendar Display Problem w/All Day Event

One of my users has trouble with "all day events": Altho the event is
entered correctly as an all day event with no appointment time, in "day" view
the event shows at 12:00 midnight on the morning of the day, rather than
showing (and remaining) a the top of the day's appointments. This occurs on
all calendars she has access to, even tho it displays correctly on the
calendar's owner's screen. I've checked the settings on the event as well as
her options, preferences, and display settings, but I must be missing
something. Has anyone run into this before?
